discovery + Consultation
Our introductory call is a chance to discuss your needs and determine if we’re a good fit to move forward. The initial on-site consultation serves as our first development meeting and is a paid service.
During this working session, clients share their home aspirations, and we begin generating preliminary ideas to bring their vision to life. It lays the foundation for the entire project.
Each project is unique, and the scope can vary greatly. Our team is experienced in handling projects of all sizes and complexities.
We primarily serve clients in Austin and New York City, but we also work remotely with clients across the country, particularly in California and Colorado.
design + Planning
During this phase, we address all the technical aspects—ranging from measurements to specifications and any architectural details that need to be considered.
Our talented and trusted tradespeople join the team to fine-tune the scope of work. Together, we gather the necessary information to provide informed estimates for project and budget planning.
We source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and custom designs primarily from our trade resources and our extensive Resource Library, curated over the past 15 years.
In our Design Meetings, we present drawings, 2D and 3D models, material samples, and concept boards, bringing our shared vision to life in a way that makes the next steps truly exciting.

Our goal is to present design options in a clear and streamlined way that inspires our clients while being mindful of your budget and ensuring your investment is used wisely.
